    Rule #3 - Healthy Eating

    Nutrition should be balanced and not exceed the caloric content required for the normal functioning of the body. When overeating, excess food is not processed, but deposited in the form of fat - the very one that we want to get rid of.

    Snack. Between breakfast and lunch, you can treat yourself to a light vegetable salad or a small amount of dried fruit or apples. Especially useful baked apples, because when baked, the amount of pectin contained in them increases.

    Dinner. Should be the most satisfying of the entire daily diet. Vegetable puree soups are useful for digestion. Proteins are well suited for the second - fish or meat with a lot of vegetables. Proteins are digested for a long time, maintaining a feeling of satiety, and carbohydrates in the form of fiber give a surge of strength and vigor.

    Dinner. It is recommended to eat no later than 18-19 hours. In this case, the body will be able to fully digest and assimilate food. Dinner should consist mainly of proteins and a small amount of fiber. For example, chicken breast with vegetables and seafood salad.

    Snack. If after dinner there is a feeling of hunger, you can arrange a light snack. But no later than 3 hours before bedtime! Low-fat yogurt, kefir or a baked apple will do.

    Rule #4 - Take Care of Yourself

    At 25, the skin is elastic - it quickly contracts and tightens: even when weight loss occurs rapidly, it does not sag. But at an older age, the skin tightens much more slowly and with a large weight loss, it can look flabby and uneven. To avoid this, in the process of losing weight, you must definitely take care of your body.

    Cosmetic procedures

    They keep in good shape and tighten the oval of the face by contrasting washing and wiping with pieces of ice. Rejuvenating and tightening masks are also effective.

    One exercise consists of four repetitions of this complex. Perform the exercise 10-15 times.

    Exercise 1. Side stretch

    Take a breathing pose, raise your right hand up and tilt to the right. While holding this stretch, perform 4 Oxysize breaths. Repeat the exercise 3 times on each side.

    Exercise 2. Squats

    Load on the buttocks and inner thighs.
