Goals and objectives 2.1. The system of cadet ranks in the cadet school pursues the following goal: - practical study of the requirements of official subordination, the implementation of the rules of tactful appeal to seniors and juniors in rank, the rules of military, cadet courtesy; encouraging cadets to improve their personal performance and discipline The introduction of cadet ranks solves the problem of preparing cadets to understand one of the most important principles of the organization of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - unity of command; and on its basis - the relationship between the cadets and educators as superiors and subordinates, seniors and juniors.

Another important task is the task of instilling in the cadets the rules of military courtesy, modesty and self-restraint, instilling high culture, respect for honor, protection of one's own dignity and respect for the dignity of others. Cadets must remember that their behavior is judged not only on them, but also on the cadet corps, the school as a whole. 2.4 The system of cadet ranks provides for the assignment and promotion of ranks not only on the official command line, but also as a reward for excellent and good studies, personal discipline of the cadet, and thereby solves the problem of additional incentives for cadets to improve personal performance and discipline. 3. Cadet ranks and the procedure for awarding ranks This system cadet ranks and the procedure for their assignment is established for cadets of the MBOU "Secondary School with in-depth study individual subjects” of the city of Grayvorona Cadets, for offenses that discredit the title of a cadet, are deprived of their rank. Documents for the assignment of ranks to pupils are submitted 2 weeks before the established days of military and cadet holidays, and for the assignment of extraordinary (early) cadet ranks as necessary. The next rank may be awarded to a cadet ahead of time for special personal merits. The assignment of a regular or extraordinary rank to a cadet is made a corresponding entry in the cadet's student card. Deprivation of cadet ranks is made upon submission of a report and other documents by the teacher of the cadet group, a draft order is prepared in the name of the school director in the unsuitability of the cadet to replace the rank as a result of a misconduct committed by the cadet. At the direction of the school principal, appropriate measures are taken with the obligatory notification of parents and legal representatives. 4. Cadets of MBOU "Secondary School with in-depth study of individual subjects" in Grayvorona are awarded the following titles: Cadet - the first cadet rank corresponding to the position of the same name, characterizes the status of a student in MBOU "Secondary School with in-depth study of individual subjects" in Grayvorona. Corporal - a cadet rank, does not correspond to a specific position, characterizes the status of the best (senior) cadet, freelance assistant (deputy) squad leader. Junior sergeant - the first sergeant cadet rank, corresponding to the position of the squad leader, characterizes the status of the squad leader; the lowest rank limit for this position. Sergeant is the second sergeant cadet rank corresponding to the position of squad leader (highest limit) and the position of deputy platoon commander (ZKV) (lower limit); characterizes the status of an experienced squad leader.

3 Senior Sergeant The third (last) sergeant cadet rank, corresponding to the position of the XCA, characterizes the status of an experienced XCA, the highest limit for this position. The procedure for addressing cadets by cadet rank Official appeals.

The appeal of a cadet with a junior rank to a cadet with a higher rank, an officer, a teacher is made like this: “Comrade junior sergeant!”. The appeal ends with his own presentation: for example, "Corporal Ivanov." At school, it is forbidden to call by nicknames, distorted surnames, nationalities, etc. 7. Deprivation of the cadet rank 7.1. Deprivation of the rank can be made only by decision of the Cadet Certification Commission for misconduct that discredits and discredits this rank, as well as when a criminal case is initiated and expulsion from school. The grounds for deprivation (reduction) of the cadet rank can also be considered a significant decrease in the level of academic performance and discipline of both the cadet personally and the squad or platoon subordinate to him. Persons expelled from the school are not entitled to use the appropriate signs of cadet ranks and wear cadet uniforms The cadet bears personal responsibility for the presence, correct placement on all types of uniforms of insignia on the shoulder straps of the corresponding cadet rank (metal squares). Any kind of explanation is not allowed to justify the absence of rank insignia, such as: “I forgot to pin it after washing”, “My mount broke off”, etc. This Regulation establishes the need for each cadet to carry a spare set of insignia; a separate set for each type of uniform. In the event of a systematic violation of these requirements, the cadet is subject to consideration by the Cadet Attestation Commission of the school for the reduction (deprivation) of the cadet rank. 8. The procedure for reinstatement in the cadet rank Persons removed from office in the prescribed manner are not entitled to use the appropriate insignia by rank when wearing any uniform in a disciplinary procedure, a Cadet, illegally deprived of a cadet rank, has the right to file a complaint on the team, for the consideration of which a rehabilitation commission of teachers is provided additional education.

In order to comprehensively and objectively evaluate students undergoing cadet training service, to determine their suitability for their position and prospects for further service, certification is carried out. The main tasks of cadet certification are: determining their compliance with their positions and prospects for their further use; selection of personnel for appointment to positions; creation of a reserve of candidates for promotion to vacant positions; presentation of cadets for awards and promotion to the next rank; assessment of the reasons that may serve as the basis for early dismissal and deprivation of the cadet rank.
