Bale and automation equipment. Varieties of instrumentation. Classification of instrumentation

At enterprises with medium automation equipment, an instrumentation and control workshop is organized, subordinate to the chief engineer of the enterprise. In addition, automation groups can be created in production workshops, the technical management of which is carried out by the instrumentation and A workshop. At enterprises with a low degree of automation, an instrumentation and A group is created at the department of the chief power engineer, instrumentation is serviced by workshop operation groups, and metrological supervision is carried out by specialized third-party organizations . On fig. 82 shows the structure of the instrumentation and A service, typical for woodworking enterprises.

There are no technological breakthroughs in the corner that will support the transition to flexible automation. Even other technologies that have not yet been deployed will be critical to deepening the retreat from fixed and programmable automation. All of these technologies, as well as the ever-increasing flow of information and declining tolerance for stops, will continue to create room for an expanding era of flexible automation.

They are designed for medium to large operations with multiple shifts. The device can be supplied as a whole, including locating technology proposals in a production facility with the requirements of construction work, that is, the entire assembly. Assembly and connection of equipment, installation of electrical wiring from the control panel cabinet, entire restoration technologies, including commissioning for trial operation and training of maintenance personnel. Power supply electrical cabinets not included in delivery or assembly.

The Instrumentation and Control Department performs the most important work, such as the repair and verification of instruments, the operation of complex automation systems, etc. In addition, it conducts departmental metrological supervision of measuring equipment. Introduces new automation systems, carries out technical management of instrumentation and instrumentation operation groups in other workshops of the enterprise, organizes technical training for workers and engineers of the operation service.

The auger can load material from sawdust dumps onto conveyors. Wet sawdust is sorted using a vibrating screen located above the moisture tank. The coarse parts of the separator fall into a container and can be manually closed in the boiler. The sawdust dryer is heated by combustion flue gases from a boiler for automated combustion of wood waste. The dosing of sawdust in the dryer is controlled by a control system so that the temperature at the outlet of the steam from the dryer is maintained at a constant value.

The control system also controls the amount of fuel supplied to the boiler. The fan is located behind the dust and cyclone separator. Dry sawdust is ejected from the dryer by a screw conveyor, which acts as a turnstile. They are further transported by a screw conveyor to the bunker briquetting press.

The head of the shop is in charge of the instrumentation and control shop, and his deputies are the heads of the sections. As part of the administrative and economic group of the workshop there is a warehouse of instruments (reserve and received for repair), spare parts, materials, as well as employees of accounting and time records and a standardizer.

The operation site is headed by an engineer for the operation of instrumentation and A. The staff of the site consists of on-duty instrument fitters and electricians. As part of the staff on duty, there are groups for servicing automation systems and in production workshops, as well as operation groups by types of automation systems. At woodworking enterprises, the operating area is usually divided into groups: operation of automatic lines; operation of technological devices and control systems; operation of HDTV installations.

The area for repair and verification is usually called the laboratory of instrumentation and A. The laboratory performs preventive maintenance of instrumentation and A, repair and verification measuring instruments, installs new devices and automation systems, carries out electrical measurements. In the laboratory, there are groups specialized by type of work, and groups servicing instruments and automation systems. At woodworking enterprises in the laboratory, the following groups are distinguished: electric automatics; measuring instruments and regulators; electrical appliances; electrical measurements; heat engineering and technological devices; and locksmith-mechanical group.

We can supply atypical equipment because most of our parts are produced in our factory in Malsice. Screw conveyors Screw conveyors Belt conveyors Shredders Metal separator Rotary rack for packing briquettes. Crushers should be used for the preparation of raw materials whose dimensions exceed the allowable size of 15 mm. Briquettes cannot be made only from the crushed material itself without the addition of sawdust. The proportion of sawdust must be at least 50%.

Depending on the type of raw material, we install a suitable crusher. Knife knife for long pieces of wood, straw hammer or crusher with one low speed rotor for pieces of waste. The crusher must always be equipped with a sieve with a hole diameter of less than 15 mm. Crusher input depends on hourly output and material properties. The power of the crusher can be from 15 kW to 50 kW.

The electroautomatics group repairs control systems for automatic lines, HDTV equipment, debugs new equipment. The group of measuring instruments and regulators carries out work on the maintenance work, repair and verification (according to the registration certificate) of instruments, prepares instruments and participates in state verification, and also manufactures new instruments and participates in the introduction and development of new equipment. This group should be staffed by experts in various types instruments - pyrometers, pressure gauges, flow meters, electrical measuring instruments, etc. With a large number of control and measuring instruments (technological, thermal engineering, electrical measuring instruments, etc.) at the enterprise, the group may have a deeper differentiation by types of instruments. For example, teams (or units) for servicing manometric, pyrometric, electrical measuring instruments, flow meters, etc.

The metal separator is a less common part of a production line. Its installation is especially recommended when processing raw materials of unknown origin. The magnetic separator is very effective in reducing the possibility of damage to the crusher by metal objects.

The auger is placed in the raw material storage mostly under cover. The screw feeds the material to the conveyor, which feeds the chips in front of the drying bin from the sawdust piece. The center of rotation of the screw is above the conveyor hopper. The semi-circular movement is controlled by sensors to measure the level of material in the conveyor and drying bins. The operator adds material to the limited space in front of the auger. Once the landfill is empty, the screw can be returned to its original position or manually turn the screen screw and use the screw in the opposite direction.

The measurement group tests transformers, electrical wiring insulation, ground resistance, individual funds protection from injury electric shock, illumination, etc.

The locksmith-mechanical group manufactures parts for devices and assembles automation systems. Work areas of operation, as well as workshop groups of automation, may be involved in repair and installation work.

A vibrating screen with round holes is used to separate large pieces of bark or wood from sawdust. The hinged sieve in a steel frame is suspended on springs. The vibrator motor moves the sieve so that the material is distributed in a thin layer on the sieve. Large pieces, unsuitable for drying on a sieve, slipped into the sorted waste container. The fine material seeps through the sieve directly into the hopper bin or onto another conveyor.

Belt conveyor belts are used to transport unsorted material. In addition to the sawdust shredder, the material is usually transported by screw conveyors. Their advantage is dust-free operation. The dryer drum is a single-tube welded insulated cylinder, which is on the front side connected to the hopper of the dryer and inlet hot flue gases, and on the back side is closed by the material hopper in the outlet screws. Drum sizes, diameters and lengths are different for different outlets.

The section of departmental supervision is headed by an engineer-metrologist. The main tasks of the site are: accounting and certification of measuring instruments located at the enterprise; development of verification schedules and provision of up-to-date presentation of instruments for state and departmental verification; conclusion of contracts with the bodies of metrological state supervision for the implementation of work on the supervision of measuring instruments (verification, repair); withdrawal from circulation of unusable devices; identifying the needs of production in measuring and control technology, processing applications and introducing new technology.

Advantage of single shell design - big savings electrical energy, because the material is transported by the dryer only by turning the inclined tilting drum. Dosing of sawdust into the dryer and filling of fuel into the boiler is controlled by the control system. Dry sawdust is discharged from the dryer by a screw conveyor, which acts as a turnstile in the dryer for the briquetting press. The dryer operates in a very economical energy mode, given by the structure, as it is heated by flue gases from the wood waste incinerator.

The metrology engineer has in his subordination technicians for accounting measuring instruments and maintaining technical documentation. In addition, the metrology engineer provides technical guidance to the work of the laboratory for the verification and repair of instruments. With a large amount of verification work at the enterprise, a verification laboratory can be organized (with the allocation of groups in it by type of instrument), subordinate to the metrologist.

The boiler burns wood on a solid grate. High efficiency and quality of combustion is ensured by three-chamber designs of the boiler with an arched combustion chamber. The lining of the boiler is made of fireclay bricks. The optimal fuel is chips with a length of less than 20 mm with a moisture content of up to 30%. The loading hopper can be filled automatically by a screw conveyor from the bunker hopper.

The exhaust fan is located at the end of the duct and transfers the steam from the dryer to the chimney. The entire dryer, including the boiler, has a low vacuum that prevents exhaust fumes from entering the operator's room. Drying air delivers fine wood dust from the dryer, which is separated by a two-stage cyclone. Emissions of solid pollutants meet the requirements of the air protection standard.

The technical group includes engineers and technicians reporting directly to the head of the instrumentation and A department. The group develops projects for the automation of small process facilities, modernization of existing systems, develops new devices, and also provides technical supervision of installation and commissioning performed by third parties.

Screw conveyors are used to transport dried material to briquetting bins. Individual briquetting presses are connected to the conveyor by a pipeline passing through the hopper cover. The conveyor system is designed to allow excess material to be discharged into a prepared container.

The moisture control of the dried material is indirect, the output moisture of the material is not measured. Humidity is controlled by dosing raw materials into the dryer so that the temperature of the steam leaving is maintained at a constant value set by the dryer operator.

The shop operation groups are subordinate to the head of the production shop in the administrative line, while the technical management of the groups is carried out by the head of the shop (service) of instrumentation and A. The group is led by an automation master. The group consists of electricians who maintain electrical equipment and automation systems in the workshop. In workshops that have a high degree of equipment with control and regulation devices, instrument fitters may be included in the maintenance group.

The operation of dryers consists in ensuring the proper operation of the devices, adjusting the desired temperature at the controller inlet and outlet temperature, introducing material into the raw material dump, controlling the level of material in the dryer bins, boilers and briquetting presses. Some activities can be automated, but constant monitoring is necessary. Another duty of the operator is minor maintenance, which consists in clearing the transport routes of captured objects, lubricating the prescribed places with grease, cleaning the boiler of ash and burnt wood sand.

Workshop operation groups carry out technical supervision of instrumentation and automation. Troubleshoot and carry out routine repairs of automation systems. Repair, verification and installation of new devices and automation systems is carried out by the instrumentation and control workshop in accordance with the schedules and at the request of the technological workshops.

The staff of the instrumentation and A shop depends on the scope of work, the structure and specifics of the enterprise. At woodworking enterprises, the staff of the instrumentation and A shop is 15 ... 25 people. The number of engineers is 4 ... 6 people, including engineers: the head of the workshop, the heads of the sections (foremen), the metrology engineer, the engineer for new technology, the instrument accounting technicians and the design technician. Support staff 1 ... 3 people (planner, accountant, standardizer, etc.).

The material is continuously transported to the press hopper by means of a screw conveyor from the sawdust dryer. Closing of bags is made only after evaporation of residual moisture. Briquettes can be burned in all types of furnaces, boilers and solid fuel incinerators.

The entire production line meets the requirements of safety standards. However, for safe operation, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating instructions for the production line, with an emphasis on work discipline operator. It is forbidden to dry materials with a large difference in humidity in the dryer. The high drying air temperature required to dry wet material intensively can cause some of the material entering the dryer to be nearly dry. Drum furnaces and separators can be equipped with a spray nozzle piping for fire water supply.

This is a collective name for measuring instruments that determine the quantitative or physical parameters of the medium being measured.

Our company supplies the Russian market with instrumentation and equipment from leading manufacturers. The catalog from the company "EUROPRIBOR" offers you a wide range of industrial instrumentation and automation (electronic measuring instruments (CIP) and automation).

It includes the layout of the technology at the production facility, the description and specification of individual equipment, and the requirements for construction work. Connecting cables to electrical distribution devices not included in the scope of supply or installation.

In both cases, the system is the same. The device consists of a hopper capable of holding several hundred kg of product - then it is a hopper with a capacity of 430 liters or for silos with a capacity of 1-2 m3. The powder material is poured into the hopper and transferred to the dissolution tank with a screwdriver. The screw dispenser has a drive controlled frequency converter, to achieve high dosing accuracy. The amount of product transported into the tank is measured using strain gauge weighing devices built into the legs of the dissolution tank.

Instrumentation catalog includes

1. Pressure transducers and manometers.

Devices used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid. The measured pressure can be vacuum or gauge pressure, absolute or relative.

2. Differential pressure transducers

The device is designed to measure the differential pressure of the medium. Also used to change the flow rate of the medium, the speed of the medium, the level of the medium in closed tanks. Applied in automated systems control and management of technological processes. An outdated, but nevertheless common name for these devices is digital differential pressure gauges or differential pressure gauges.

The custom tank with a lid has a high-performance dispersing agitator with a motor whose power is selected according to the dissolved material and the resulting concentration. The agitator motor is controlled by a frequency converter, which increases the variability of the assembly in relation to the conditions of use. The solution is exhausted either by a pneumatically driven diaphragm pump, or by a monopump, with or without power control, or by a centrifugal pump. The solution is pumped into a tank with a volume calculated for the given conditions.

3. Membrane separators.

The purpose of these devices is to protect the internal surfaces of the sensitive elements of devices (transducers or sensors) from the aggressive impact of the measured medium on them, as well as the formation of stagnant areas.

4. Converters low pressures gas.

These transducers are used to measure pressure and its differences in non-aggressive rarefied gaseous media in chimneys, combustion chambers, etc.

5. Level measuring instruments, level detectors.

These devices are used to determine the level of the measured medium in containers various types, how open type, and closed.

6. Temperature transmitters

Devices that convert the temperature of the medium into an electrical signal. These control and measuring devices can be both primary converters, the so-called. temperature-sensitive elements (thermocouple or thermal resistance), and secondary temperature transducers (analog or digital).

7. Electropneumatic positioner

A component of an automation system necessary to control pneumatic actuators, such as dampers and valves equipped with a pneumatic actuator.

8. Electromagnetic flow meters

Device for measuring the flow of liquids. They do not affect the flow of the medium (there is no narrowing or change of direction), they do not have moving parts, they are of low inertia, which makes them in demand in production processes.
