Ice skating games for adults. Winter games for children ice skating

text: Dmitry Pryanik

We are not yet preparing for the Olympics or international competitions, and we are not even raising an athlete, but in winter we always take sleds, skis or skates for a walk.

Riding them is fun. But if you go to the skating rink or to the hill day after day, then even this can get boring. Therefore, we offer several games that both your child and the surrounding children will play with pleasure.

Let's start with skates. The main condition is the ability to stay on skates at least a little and not be afraid of possible bumps and bruises.

When the child gets tired of cutting simple circles around the rink, you can invite him to try himself as a figure skater and master some simple movements.

springs

The child runs up and slides on two skates in a straight line. While sliding, you should try to do 3-4 squats. To make it easier to maintain balance, you need to bring your hands forward during squats.

Flashlights

The beginning is the same - we run up and slide in a straight line on two skates. While sliding, you need to spread your legs apart, then bring them together. There will be traces on the ice - “lanterns”. To make the drawing beautiful and form a whole garland, you need to reduce and spread both legs at the same time.

sliding step

First you need to slide on the ice, trying to ride on one skate as long as possible, then on the other, taking big steps. Then move forward in small steps, pushing back as often as possible. If the kid is carried away by this activity, the next time you can take the player for a walk and, turning on the music, come up with your own dance. Mastered movements (flashlight-springs-steps) are quite enough for this. Well, if the child gets tired of riding alone, it's time to team up with other kids and arrange glacial games.

Snowflakes and ice

Before the start of the game, the participants agree on what movements the children will make when they hear a particular word. For example, the driver (adult) says: “Snowflakes!” and the children raise their arms up and spin in place, or roll in one direction of the rink. The driver says: "Icicles!" and the children freeze in place or roll to the other side of the rink.

Slalom

For this game you will need plastic bottles or other items that need to be placed on the ice. Players stand tall, put their hands on each other's shoulders and ride like a snake. The task of the players is to go around all the objects without knocking down a single one.

Who is faster

A line is drawn on the ice, behind which all participants stand, toys are placed at a certain distance from each of them. The task of the players, at the command of the leader, is to quickly reach the object and take it. For older children, you can complicate the task - put a coin on the ice. The player must pick up speed and at full speed, without stopping, drive and pick up a coin.

Fifteen

A game for older kids who are already good at skating. She has many options, but taking into account the place and time (winter, skating rink), the most suitable is tags with “freezing”. When the driver catches up with the player and spots him, he stops with his arms spread out to the sides - as if he is frozen. Other players who are "still alive" can "unfreeze" it if they pass by and touch the "frozen" one with their hand. And the driver, of course, tries to prevent this. His job is to freeze everyone.

- Hello guys!
Health is one of the most important values of a person, a guarantee of his well-being and longevity. After all, a person's life depends on his health. When we meet, we ask each other about health, we wish it to each other. And this makes a lot of sense. We wish the person to be healthy. Live healthy, i.e. useful for yourself and for those around you. Live in harmony with nature. Health is the main condition for human happiness. It is not for nothing that a lot of proverbs and sayings have been composed about him: “Take care of your dress again, and your health from a young age”, “If you lose your health, you won’t make up for anything”, “If you are sick - get treated, but healthy - beware” ... The 21st century is in the yard. Age of the Internet and television. Modern man, being in a constant cycle of events, prefers to relax at the computer or TV screens. But is it a vacation? This is a waste of time, harm to health. And life should be appreciated, every minute. “Why do I live? For what purpose was he born? ”- these questions touch little modern young man. The absence of goals in life and striving for something give rise to laziness. And from idleness a person can start drinking, smoking, using drugs. Everyone must preserve a person in himself, because addictions are acquired in a team. No need to try to be like anyone, you need to have your own opinion, you need to think about the consequences before doing stupid things! Everyone wants to be healthy, strong and beautiful. His health depends on himself. Correct and healthy eating will not be able to ensure the health and beauty of our body. Sports come to our rescue. Daily exercise is the key to health and beauty. In order for sports to be enjoyable, you need to choose the right activities, and sports will bring health not only to the body, but also to the soul. You can only take one ball in your hands! The team that at the end of the competition will have more in the box wins balls.)

8. The final relay race "Steam locomotive".(Team players take - cling to the captain, forming the composition of the locomotive. The task of the team captain is to transport the entire team and at the same time the composition of the locomotive should not be separated - broken. The team that crosses the finish line in full force wins.)

9.Summarizing. Congratulation, awarding and presenting gifts.

Games and fun for children on skates

Perhaps there is no more beautiful and graceful sport than figure skating. Skaters sliding on the ice have always attracted many admiring glances. Despite the fact that not all parents are in a hurry to send their child to the sports section, each of them will definitely bring the child to the skating rink, because skating is a favorite winter entertainment for children and adults.

Children can be put on skates already in three years old and some parents do it even earlier. You need to start gradually: the baby must learn to stand and skate on the packed snow. You can go to the rink on your own only when the child confidently slides on the ice by the hand with the parent.

Special protection during training is not needed. Firstly, in winter, the child is usually wrapped in soft clothes, and secondly, he constantly holds on to the hand of his mother or father, so there should not be frequent falls.

Children who have mastered the basic skills of ice skating can be offered a wide variety of games. Alya first needs to assess their level of preparation, besides this can be a great warm-up before the game.

Winter games for elementary school students on the street

Warm up

Offer the children a series of tasks that need to be completed quickly and without errors, for example:

- correctly put on and lace up skates (you can indoors or outdoors);

- keep balance while standing on skates (first on packed snow, then on ice);

- skate a certain distance (first on packed snow, then on ice);

- do three semi-squats (holding on to a tree or handrail, then without support);

- leaning on a tree or a handrail, make a “gun” (squat down, first putting out the right, then the left leg);

- jump up, land, maintaining balance;

- travel a certain distance on the ice, alternately moving and spreading your legs, while not falling, etc.

Remember that for each completed task, the child must be encouraged. In this way, he will develop the motivation to learn and complete increasingly complex tasks.

snake

All participants line up in one column. Each participant takes the person in front by the waist. The column starts moving. Purpose of the game: the first from the column must catch the “tail” in motion, i.e. closing. Then the column opens again. Now the caught one becomes the penultimate one in the column, the one who caught it becomes the last one, and the next participant becomes the new catcher.

This game can be played until the children get bored with it.

locomotive

Children are divided into two teams and line up one after another, each next participant holds the previous one by the waist. At the signal of the leader, each team starts moving to the opposite side of the site.

The task of the players is to get to the finish line faster than the rivals, without losing the “cars” along the way. The game can be made more difficult by placing skittles and flags on the way, which you will need to go around on the way to the finish line, trying not to hit any of them.

Around rivals

The game is played by two teams with an equal number of players. Each team is built in a column opposite each other at a distance of about 10 meters. All participants are armed with sticks. Before the first team players - pucks. On a signal from the leader, the players lead the puck towards the opposite team, go around the column and return back in order to pass the puck to the next one.

The team that completes the task first wins.

Dancing on Ice

The players are divided into pairs. Each pair of participants stands on the start line back to back and holds hands.

On a signal from the leader, the couples begin to move sideways to the finish line.

There, the couple turns to face each other and moves sideways towards the start.

At the start line, the couple again changes so that both look in the same direction, i.e. face to back, and again go sideways to the finish line. There they become facing each other and go to the start so that one participant moves forward with his back, and the other - with his face. The pair that completes the task the fastest wins.

Salochki on ice

Salochki with a bell

The game can be played by 7 people or more. You need a bell to play. A pair of drivers is selected from the participants.

One of the players is given a bell. This player must run away from the drivers, whose task is to surround the evader.

The bell can be passed from hand to hand, but cannot be thrown to each other. Therefore, the catchers should try to push the evader to the side and make the process of transferring the bell impossible. The caught player and the one who last gave him the bell become the new drivers.

If a player was caught before he had time to receive a bell from someone or pass it to another player, he has the right to independently choose a pair for himself as a catcher.

Salochki with a hoop

To play, you will need several gymnastic hoops. The participants are divided into two teams.

One team - the drivers - picks up a hoop and is located at the side.

Players of the other team scatter around the court. At the leader's signal, the catcher team starts the chase. Their task is to catch a player from the opposing team and put a hoop on him.

The one caught is out of the game. After the end of the game, the teams can switch places and continue the fun.

Salons in a circle

Participants on skates line up in a circle, facing the center. One driver is selected, who must slide clockwise from the outside of the circle. At some point, the driver touches any of the players and starts running around the circle in a clockwise direction. The player who has been chosen must start running in a circle in the opposite direction, i.e. counterclock-wise. The task of both players is to take the vacant place faster than the opponent. The one who did not have time becomes the driver. The game continues until the participants get tired of this fun.

Elimination race

For this game, several flags or skittles are lined up on the ice in a circle. The size of the circle varies depending on the number of participants.

One of the flags is considered the start/finish point. Players stand at the start on the outside of the circle. At the referee's signal, the participants begin to run in a circle. The task of each player is to run around the circle and cross the start/finish point faster than the opponents. The one who did it last is out of the game. The last lap is made by the two fastest skaters, from which the winner is determined.

You can arrange the race in reverse, that is, the participants should strive to come last. At the same time, you can not stand still or make too wide turns.

You need to move forward, but very smoothly and slowly. In this way, the winner of the race will be determined.

Carousel

There are two types of this game.

First option The “little carousel” is carried out as follows: two in the center take each other by the elbow, while looking in opposite directions. The rest of the players join the central ones, holding hands. You should get a large line, one part of which looks in one direction, and the other in the opposite direction. Remember that parts of the line should consist of the same number of people. When rotated, this line forms a full-fledged mechanism moving counterclockwise. Task: hold out in a column of 5-7 circles. If the "chain" is broken, the game starts again.

Second option- The Big Carousel. It has a more complex construction scheme. For this game, four “centers” are already required. They must form a "castle" by holding hands. To do this, you need to take hold of the left wrist of the person standing next to you with your left hand. The rest of the participants are divided into four identical lines, each participant of which must take the neighbor on the right under his left hand. "Center", in turn, takes the arm of the first of his line. Then the "Big Carousel" starts moving. The task is the same: you need to hold out in this way for 5-7 laps.

round dances

The participants are divided into two teams. Each team lines up as a “train” (each next participant holds the previous one by the waist). The "engine" must close, i.e. the first in the bundle takes the waist of the last. At the signal of the driver, the circles begin to move. Task: drive 2 laps without losing the participants along the way.

Swing

For this game you will need a rope. Children are divided into two teams of 4-7 people. Then both teams line up in columns opposite each other. Each team must take one end of the rope and start running in a circle. In order for the rotation to be correct and beautiful, the players must move in sync, this requires a certain skill.

Task: hold out in a column of 5-7 circles. The one who failed to complete the task lets go of the rope and drives off to the side.

Snail

All participants line up in one line. The finish line is set at a distance of 5-7 meters. At the command of the leading line, it begins to move to the finish line. Objective: Be the last to finish. It is forbidden to stand, i.e. you need to move slowly, trying not to overtake a neighbor.

Team

Each team has four players. The first three are girdled with ropes - this will be the “team”. The ends of the ropes are picked up by the fourth participant.

At the signal of the driver, the teams go to the finish line and return to the start. The team that completes the task the fastest and keeps their "team" intact wins.

Over the stream

The conditions are approximately the same as in the previous game: two teams with an equal number of players line up in columns. Skittles, set in a line with a gap of 1-1.5 meters, form a "stream". Teams stand at a distance of 15-20 steps from the first pin.

Task: players take turns moving towards the pins, picking up speed, then spread their legs and let the “stream” pass under them. Then they return to the team and take a place at the end of the column. The winner is the team whose members completed the task faster without damaging the "stream".

left-right

Children are divided into two teams with an equal number of participants and line up in a column.

In front of each team, flags or skittles are placed in a line at a distance of 5-7 meters from each other. Task: team members take turns driving forward, rounding the flags, one on the left, the other on the right. Then they return in the same way and take a place at the end of the column.

The winner is the team that completed the task the fastest, and at the same time did not miss a single turn, did not catch or drop the flags.

Competition

This competition is suitable for those who skate well and are ready to perform their first tricks. Before the game, the participants must practice the task. Then you can arrange a competition for the title of the most dexterous and skillful skater. The task is to drive as far as possible on one leg in the following poses:

- swallow (one leg is raised back, arms are spread apart);

- heron (grasp the leg bent at the knee with your hands);

- pistol (putting one foot forward);

- bolero (first forward on one leg, then on the other);

- lower pistol (crouching and putting one foot forward).

Salochki on ice

The conditions of the game are the same as in ordinary tags. One of the players must catch up with the other, and, touching him, transfer his powers.

The new leader loudly announces this to the participants. The difficulty lies in not losing balance on the ice and not falling, so the usual-looking game becomes more interesting.

Knockout + tags

The rules are the same as in the game "Knockout": the participants pass the puck to each other with their feet so that it does not get to the driver. When the driver still catches the puck, the game of tag begins.

At the moment when the puck was at the driver, the rest of the participants must scatter around the site. At this time, the driver counts to three and starts chasing the players. The one who is caught becomes the new driver. The game starts over.

Perfect hit

For the game, two skittles are set (any other objects that are convenient to throw rings on are possible). 1-1.5 meters before the pins, you need to draw the finish line. Children are divided into two teams with an equal number of players. Every

the contestant receives one ring. Task: the player runs to the finish line, from there he tries to throw a ring on the pin and comes back. The team that throws the most rings on their skittle wins.

Full set

This game requires a fairly large ice rink. At the start, the players line up in one line. In front of each player at a distance of 5-7 m from each other there are 6 snowballs: two at each point. Players, at the command of the driver, begin to move forward, collecting snowballs along the way. Task: collect all the snowballs as quickly as possible and bring them back safe and sound.

Drawing lesson

On a fresh skating rink, you can "slip" any patterns. To begin with, players come up with some simple pattern, such as a five-pointed star. At home, you can write a plan: a drawing that should turn out on the ice, starting points and the direction of movement of the “artists”. On the rink, you need to place flags at the start and finish points so that the participant knows in which direction and to which point he should move. You can draw any patterns in this way, it all depends on your imagination.

handball on ice

For the game you need a spacious area, two goals and a ball. The competition involves two teams, each of which can be from 5 to 10 people. Players of one of the teams must pass the ball to each other, trying to throw it into the opponent's goal. A point is awarded to a team for each goal.

A penalty point is awarded for a violation. Violation is considered rough and unfair play, loss of the ball, the ball outside the area, skating with the ball in the hands for more than 30 seconds. They play two halves of 10 minutes each with a break of 5 minutes. The referee must supervise the observance of the rules and the score.

Ice relay

This game is a little more difficult. The relay requires two teams. Each team can have from 4 to 10 players.

To play, you need two jump ropes or ropes about two meters long. Both teams must have an equal number of players. The participants of each team are divided into two parts, each of which, in turn, is divided into pairs.

Teams line up in columns on opposite sides of the court. The first pairs, located on one side of the site, hold the ends of the rope in their hands. On the opposite side of the court, the couple is holding hands.

The game starts at the signal of the leader. The couples move towards each other. In the middle of the site, a couple with a rope in their hands crouches a little and lowers the rope as low as possible. The opposite couple must jump or step over the rope. The players then continue forward. Having reached the opposite side, the couple gives the rope to the next participants and goes to the end of the column.

The next couples head towards each other. In this con, the roles are reversed: the players from the team that jumped over the rope are now holding it.

The game ends when all players make two runs - holding the rope and jumping over it, and return to their original position. The team that completes the task first wins. For training, you can first play this game on a snowy area without skates.

Relay race with benefits

To play, you will need ten pins and ten plastic rings with a diameter of about 10 cm. Two teams line up in columns one after another. The first player of the team has rings in his hands.

Skittles are placed on the track opposite the team at a distance of 4-5 meters from each other.

The task of each player is to run forward along the path, throwing rings on the pins, return to the team, collecting the rings just thrown, and pass the baton to the next team member. In this case, you need to try not to touch or drop the skittles.

If this still happened, the skittles must be corrected, and only then run on. The first team to complete the task first wins.

Relay with the puck

Skittles or flags are placed on the rink in two rows at a distance of about two meters from each other.

The players are divided into two teams and take their starting position 2-2.5 meters from the first pin. Both teams must line up in columns one after the other. At the leader's signal, the first players, armed with sticks, begin to dribble the puck, circling the pins and trying not to hit them. You need to reach the last pin and return to the beginning, performing the same steps. The powers are then transferred to the next player. The team that fulfills the conditions of the game first wins. The relay can be simplified.

For such a game, you need to set one flag or pin at the finish point in front of each of the teams. In this case, the task of each player will be to bring the puck to the finish line and return to the team. The victory is recognized for the team that will cope with the task faster than its rivals.

Centipede

The competition involves two teams with the same number of participants. You need two ropes to play (you can use two thick ropes). The players of each team must grasp their rope with one hand, while the participants are placed at a distance of 1-1.5 meters from each other. Task: you need to drive to the finish point and back faster than your rivals, while keeping your hands on the rope. In order to complete this task, the team's movements must be as synchronized as possible.

Four washers

To play, you need an ice rink, divided in half. 6 to 10 people can play.

The players are divided into two teams. All participants hold a club in their hands. Teams are located at the ends of the site opposite from the dividing line. The captain may line up his players in the position he considers most convenient for the game. There are two pucks on each side of the field. On a signal from the leader, each team passes their pucks to the opponents. The task of the participants is to transfer the pucks over the dividing line as quickly as possible so that four pucks are on the opponents' field at the same time. The team that completed the task is awarded a point. If the puck goes overboard, the team responsible for this will be penalized with a penalty point. The game ends when either team reaches 10 points.

And where is the stick?

Sticks are laid out in a row at the side of the ice rink. There must be one less club than the players.

Participants disperse around the rink and ride calmly. At the command of the driver (one of the skaters also participates in the game), all players must rush to the sticks. Naturally, it is not easy to look for your stick in such a turmoil, so everyone grabs the first one that comes across.

When all the clubs have already been taken apart, one player is left empty-handed. He is declared the new driver.

Knockout

All players line up in a circle. One driver is selected, who becomes the center of the circle. Players must pass the puck to each other with their feet, while making sure that it does not get to the driver.

The driver, in turn, tries to intercept the puck. When he succeeds, the new driver becomes the one who last hit the puck. Playing this ice skating game is quite difficult, but it only makes it more fun.

Snowballs on ice

The players are divided into two teams. Each team prepares snow shells in advance. Teams line up opposite each other at a distance of about 5-10 meters.

According to the rules of the game, the one hit by the snowball drives off to the side. The task of each team is to “eliminate” as many opponents as possible.

Do not snooze!

For the game, you do not need to divide the area into four squares. A player with a club is placed on each of the squares. On the field of players of opposite squares is a puck. There are four players and two goals in total.

The task of each player is to pass the puck very quickly to the neighbor in the square on the right. Whoever has two pucks on the field at the same time gets one point. Anyone who did not have time or could not stop the opponent's puck on his field receives a point. The player who sent the puck past the neighbor's square also receives one point.

The score is kept up to the first 10 points. The player who has earned the fewest points wins.

Hockey without a goal

The game is played by two teams. In this game, it is important to skillfully handle the puck and accurately pass it to teammates.

The goal of each player is to take the puck from the opponent without losing his own. The players will need a referee with a whistle, who will not only count points, but also monitor the fairness of the game.

If a team passes the puck to its own members six times in a row, it is awarded a point. If the opponent has the puck, the score starts again, but in favor of the team that captured the puck.

In case of violations of the rules of rough play, the puck is transferred to the opponents.

If a foul play is played against the team currently in possession of the puck, two assists are added to their account. The team with the most points in fifteen minutes wins.

Hockey with a ball

Ice is not required for this game. Instead of the usual puck, a small ball or rubber ring is used here.

The game is played on a court limited by boards. Gates are installed at opposite ends of the site. If there are no real gates, they can simply be marked.

Each team consists of six players: a goalkeeper, two defenders and three forwards.

The task of each team is to throw the ball with a stick into the opponent's goal.

The game lasts two periods of fifteen minutes.
