Skyrim game difficulty. Description of the mod for Skyrim

Without diluting a long controversy, I will say that playing Skyrim is easy, however, reservations are important here. And we are talking not only about the current level of difficulty of the game, but also about the skills of the player himself, because there is a considerable difference between the style of play of a veteran of The Elder Scrolls and a newcomer to this legendary series of games. And, despite all the simplification of the role-playing system, the softening of the leveling system (when the power of enemies directly depends on the level of your character), pumping the hero is of considerable importance. Although critical problems do not arise in Skyrim, even with a not too consistent development of the hero, however, at a difficult level, this can already affect the gameplay.

Consideration of the difficulty levels in this article on the site, we will carry out qualitatively, without taking into account the exact data that is quite difficult to find. General principle, the principle of almost all computer games, of course, is also performed in Skyrim, that is, the higher the difficulty level, the more difficult it is to fight opponents. However, do not expect that at the minimum level you can easily chop the entire guard of Jarl Windhelm into cabbage at the second level of the character. That is, the class difference for some characters in the game is very significant, so reducing the difficulty level at the initial stage of character development will not help you much in destroying the legendary figures and inhabitants of Skyrim. But the average bandits, with which the entire The Elder Scrolls series is teeming, like the fifth part of this line role playing, not bad add in strength with increasing difficulty level. A good feature of Skyrim, like the previous parts of The Elder Scrolls, is that the difficulty level can be changed directly during the game, and not just before it starts. So if the game at some point seems difficult, or, conversely, easy, you can always change the difficulty level to a comfortable level for yourself. In order to change the difficulty level in Skyrim, you must first call the menu with the "Esc" key, then select the "System" tab, after which we look for settings ("Settings") in the menu, select "Gameplay" in the next menu, and the parameter will be hidden there game difficulty ("Difficulty"). In total, Skyrim has five gradations of difficulty levels, in order of increasing difficulty of the game: Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Expert, Master.

The easiest level of the game in Skyrim, most likely it is unlikely to be in demand by players. The only thing is that it can be chosen in especially difficult moments, where the battle with the enemy ends treacherously with the death of the character. However, in this case, you can simply postpone this battle and pump the character so that at the next meeting the enemy will flee.

It becomes a little harder to play, but even this level of difficulty is unlikely to endow the enemies with heroic strength. Although it is quite possible walkthrough Elder Scrolls 5 at the Apprentice level, if you are interested in the plot and the passage of Skyrim, and not the numerous battles with monsters and bandits.

Adept

The standard difficulty level of Skyrim, it may seem too easy for many players. However, the level of Adept guarantees a comfortable game, without the need for tactical conduct of each battle. However, the death of a character at this level of difficulty is already quite possible, so you will sometimes have to take healing potions.

An intermediate level between the standard difficulty level and the most difficult in Skyrim. Subjectively assessing the increased complexity of the game can be problematic, especially on weak opponents. However, their health pool becomes larger, and the blows significantly affect the character's parameters.

The most difficult level in Skyrim, here you already need to think before entering the battle, and going on a campaign without a significant supply of healing potions becomes a risky undertaking. The health and armor of enemies increase, and the character feels the blows of enemies more and more tangibly. Comfort from Skyrim is reduced, battles have to be given much more attention, effort and time.

The legendary difficulty level is complicated by the fact that it is legendaryly difficult, and this, alas, is a fact, naked as a girl on a nudist beach - you can’t argue. The legendary level is difficult not only due to the fact that it automatically increases the health and damage levels of enemies, making them harsh, like a berserker overfed with fly agaric, who in the Solitude market put a basket of flowers on his head and called him a "snotty youngster".

One of the features of the Legendary difficulty level is that when you load the game, it automatically increases the damage and strength of opponents. As a result, on the Legendary difficulty level, any enemy inflicts simply amazing damage on you. The system of companions and housecarls becomes completely useless, since almost any partner (except for quest ones - they are immortal throughout the essence of the game) is killed instantly at the Legendary level. Therefore, the Legendary level is the lot of "stalkers" - loners who are used to solving all issues that arise along the way by force, magic or cunning.

For such lone wolves, this mod is just made. It significantly changes some abilities in the branches: Thief, Mage and Warrior, strengthening them TWICE.

I especially want to note that one of the most underestimated abilities of the School of Restoration, Necromage, has also been doubled. This ability, with the mod installed, doubles the effect of ANY spells against ANY undead. And few people know - but this effect also applies to enchanted weapons.

This ability makes the Vampire Scourge spell one of the most formidable anti-vampire weapons in the Vampire Lords expansion. At the Legendary level, vampires become so harsh. that they can easily kill your hero even at level 80, and his partners and housecarls are not even considered enemies (with the exception of Barbas - the level of vampires rises cyclically - they can still be defeated up to level 20, but after 30 they become extremely invincible.

"Scourge of Vampires", combined with "Great Necromage" will quickly bring them to a sane state. Given the very interesting feature of this spell, it will appeal to those who are hesitant to reload saves, if in the event of an attack by vampires on cities, some quest character was killed. "Scourge of the Vampiro" removes this problem once and for all.

The "Great Necromage" ability doubles damage (even damage from Screams) against: dragurs, ashen spawn, vampires (and it doesn't matter what type) and summoned creatures, such as zombies (on those that you summon - for example Furious People - the same effect - so that less swing spells if you use mods for draft creatures).

The mod was made by a player who went through Skyrim alone at the Legendary level. (Our person!)

Special warning: DO NOT INSTALL the mod if you are NOT playing at the Legendary level! Otherwise, the game will lose all taste and meaning and become unbearably boring.

The mod does NOT replace the Constellations - it just changes their properties. Even if you install this mod, don't expect everything to be all at once! You will have to level as usual to get these enhanced abilities! This makes the mod very well balanced.

Bugs and compatibility:
There may be bugs with mods that change the very essence of the Constellations of Skills and remake them. With mods that ADD new abilities, there were no confrontations.

Requirements: Skyrim, all three expansions, Legendary difficulty and preferably a brave heart.

Installation: Standard

Removal: Standard.

What do you need?

Nerves, a bunch of saves and preferably a Khajiit.
Why nerves? - die at every step
Savings - So you need to load
Khajiit ???- He has strong claws and steals well.

The very beginning

We go to Riverwood and talk to Fendal.
We complete his quest and take him as a partner, if you are an archer, then he must live no matter what.
I personally always took someone as a partner.

Fork

We can go three ways
1. The easiest are allies.
As soon as we get to them, wolf armor will become available to us at a cheap price and with good performance and we will be able to upgrade blacksmithing to 50-60.
Just a quick save. buy level 1 forge. business and steal your money. Repeat.
2.Medium
Let's join the thieves' guild and we'll be able to sell the stolen goods.
We just go and steal from all the cities along the way, everything is food.
3. Just extra. quests.
We go and earn from all the quests with Fendal.

*four. College of Mages - for Mages
If you follow the path of the magician, then taking J "zargo costs 50 to 50, since he is also a magician and we need a magician.

Armor and weapons

We go to Largashbur and steal armor right in the middle of the fortress. (We go around the fortress in the mountains)
You can go to the top of Whiterun and find the Ancient Nord Ruins where there is an Ebony Weapon. But I have never done that and used Khajiit claws.
How to fight? We take any companion (preferably immortal) and use it as a tank.
You can use my favorite method ala take a good companion and give him a Mehrunes razor.

College of Vinetrhold

We go to the College of Winterhold.
There we need J "zargo, after completing 2-3 quests we go to him and fulfill his request, after which he will become your companion.
J "zargo is strong.

We go to the brothers of the storm or to the imperials and go through their quest line, since the enemies there are weak and the level itself will not be pumped.

Make the game easier (optional)

Now we can get rich by using
my previous guide.

We go to the guardians of the dawn and go through their quest line in order to get the bow of Auriel and Serana.

Making armor

Since our blacksmithing is pumped up j 50-60, then we go to buy iron and make a lot of daggers
after which we will upgrade blacksmithing to 100.
Now we go to Dawnstar and look for a Daedric museum, artifacts, now we go through the Mirunes Dagon quest and kill the Daedra there.
We take their hearts and make Daedric armor.

We go through the storyline and kill the dragon, take its bones and make daeric weapons. (Maces, Two-weapons, Swords) If you are an archer, you can keep Auriel's bow.

Story line

Now it's time to go to the plot.
Let's go dig potions (Optional).
Buy arrows (If you are rich).
Equip companions.
And it is very important to get potions for resistance to fire and cold.
You can enchant weapons to resist fire and cold.

Introduction
Passing on the master difficulty level is not an easy task for an unprepared player. This material uses the subtleties and tricks of the game, which will allow you to properly swing the character to confidently pass this level of difficulty. At lower difficulty levels - not recommended, because. it will be essentially God Mode and you will quickly lose interest in the game.
Those who just want to play without problems - I recommend the difficulty of the Adept and not even think about buildups. Just play your style and enjoy it. Come and enjoy the freedom of choice. So do not read what is below - close the page and forget =)

We will need:

The maximum armor in the game gives you 80% protection from any physical damage. This protection is achieved at an armor level of 576 units.
Powerful physical damage: bows or swords, whichever you prefer. Powerful damage - more than 200.
Here is what we should come to for a comfortable open battle:

In Skyrim, on Master difficulty, you will be knocked down in 1-2 hits by most even slightly difficult enemies. At the same time, they will have a wild amount of health, which will not allow you to “overshoot” them. In fact, the only alternative to this build can be the path of the killer. Walk around and kill everyone with a dagger from stealth mode (stab in the back with a dagger deals 15x damage). But this option has a number of disadvantages - if the enemies are crowded, you will have a lot of problems and you will have to work according to the principle: hit, ran away, everything calmed down, hit again, ran away. Pretty sad IMHO.
Perhaps there are some other options, for example, for a magician, but they are not known to me.
I prefer to combine stealth attacks with open combat. And without good armor and damage, you can simply forget about open combat on the Master.

What to download for this:

Blacksmith. Enough Elven armor. We will get max armor and wild damage from swords (sword of blades \ elven) on it. Let's save at least 4 perks, because no need to take Daedric and dragon forging and walk-throughs to them. In total, 2 perks will be enough for us.
Enchantment. 8 perks.

Alchemy: 7 perks.

One-handed/bows (possibly both, depending on your play style)
Light armor: 2-5 perks.

In total, we need 20 perks and another X for swords and bows, but we will download them already in the usual gameplay, because. even without perks, our damage will be more than 200 units, and armor 80%. And only 5 perks of swords invested in the first skill will raise us by 400-500 damage, which will make even groups of dead draugs of military leaders piss in armor.

Let's get started! Magic blacksmith:

I like doing Breton because magic resistance is a nice thing. Orc rage-type skills won't be needed at 80% damage resistance. In general, apart from rage, resistance to cold among the Nords and to the magic of the Brentos, I simply don’t see any interesting racial bonuses.
First, we need to master the blacksmith and enchantment. This will allow us to raise money very much at the initial stage and prepare for the study of alchemy.
Be prepared that for this you will have to spend a couple of hours on rather soulless pumping methods)
So:

  • We steal and buy as many iron ingots and ore as possible. We buy leather / strips of leather (if you make the strips yourself, it will turn out a little cheaper). For merchants, goods and money are updated in 48 hours. If you want to buy again - wait 2 days with the T key and buy / sell again
  • In the forge we make daggers / bracers. Bracers enchant faster, because. no need to adjust the strength of the enchanting effect each time, but when selling bracers, there will be less money. Decide for yourself. TIP: Scroll through the list of items in the forge so that when you select an item, the "yes" button in the creation confirmation window is close. It is convenient to click and it will turn out to make daggers \ bracers much faster + will not be annoying =)
  • We buy / find weapons with the effect of scaring away the undead. We disassemble this weapon on the enchantment table to get this effect in our arsenal. On bracers, you can apply the effect of a bonus to any of the skills. Apply any that increases the price of bracers more. Weapons with scaring away the undead, and then with the expulsion of the Daedra, are often found at a merchant in Whiterun (Angry Bear). The arsenal is updated every 2 days, so if you haven't found it, wait and check the assortment again.
  • We buy all tiny soul stones from merchants, including filled ones. If the budget allows, then small stones and even ordinary ones. Soon you will not have problems with money, you can not save
  • We buy \ find and again dismantle weapons with the effect of capturing souls. Such a bow will cost a very budget.
  • Enchant your weapon for the effect of catching souls. I had 2 of these: Dagger, for crits from the back, it will be enough to chant it for 1 second of catching souls and a sword in the right hand for open fights, chanted for a trap in 2-3s. This is enough for close combat even if you have a regular weapon in your other hand.
  • Let's go hunting! Crabs, killer fish, rabbits, deer, horchers and the weakest creatures will sacrifice their souls for our success. Draugs (regular, not warlords) will also work. Hunting for them is good to combine with the quest.
  • We use all filled soul stones to enchant daggers/bracers for the above effects.
  • We sell enchanted goods. It is profitable to make yourself or buy / find a couple of items to increase trade. Personally, I used an amulet + helmet + clothes + ring. The total effect will be an increase in prices of 80% or more. But this is later, and now: we make the amulet ourselves \ buy + improved thieves guild hood + ring + clothes. Clothing: you can make it yourself, but you can, if you decide to go through the Dark Brotherhood quests, take the jester's clothes in the Dunstar hideout, where Cicero will run away (+ 15% of prices and + 15% to weapons) or if you kill Cicero himself, then take his clothes , which will give +20%.

(Volsung is a dragon priest mask. It can be worn simultaneously with a Falmer helmet enchanted with another +29% to trade. In principle, this is not necessary, because you will not have enough gold from merchants without it. But for Alchemy will need this feature, more on that below.)

So, the algorithm: bought raw materials - daggers \ bracers - soul stones + filling - enchantment - sale. You will need to make about 300 items to raise both skills by 100. TIP: Check weapons with merchants. If you have already leveled up, then items with "Turn Daedra" may appear. This weapon effect will give you the ability to sell 1 dagger for 1000 - 2000 gold depending on the gear for the trade effect and enchantment level.

With the growth of enchantment, we take perks all the time: enhancing enchantment - all 5 points, then increasing effects (central branch) and finally - a double effect.
In the forge, you can not take ANY of the perks for now.
It is convenient to do this in Winterhold: There is a blacksmith, 2 merchants with soul stones and an enchantment table. Very convenient to sell and buy.
If possible, immediately buy all the ingredients from the merchants (except for the expensive Daedric Heart type, if they have already appeared). You will need them soon.

Hooray! We finally have 100 blacksmiths, 100 enchantments! Alchemy time!

We study in blacksmithing only ELVIC ITEMS in the light armor branch.
We make armor and a sword in the forge. You can not make a sword if in the main quest in the temple of blades you got swords of Blades. (you can take one without it, just in the secret room where Delphine will take you)
We drink a potion and on a workbench we improve our armor and, most importantly, weapons. Damage and armor will pleasantly surprise you =)
If you drank +142% to the blacksmith, then this is the maximum. Such a potion is made on Mask + 20% + Falmer helmet + amulet + ring + bracers + 29% to alchemy each. If your potion is weaker - it's time to go for a mask or chant things up to + 29%. New clothes will allow you to easily pick up the mask. Then we make things at + 29%, dress and cook + 142% to the blacksmith and improve our things to a new maximum.

Don't have 400 sword damage yet? Then we go to you!

We make potions in the clothes of an alchemist for + 35% to enchantment. You need 6 pieces. When enchanting, you can rename items. This is convenient not to be confused with loot for sale. Yes, and cool) After all, we do the best things in the game!
Under the potion, we enchant things for + damage from one-handed and + damage from bows. Should work on one ring: +48% to one-handed damage, +48% to bows.
You can also make yourself an amulet and a ring with magic resistance. In case of difficulties with all sorts of sorcerers. I got by without them, with 44% cold resistance on boots and my native 25% Breton resistance.
So, you will get that for one-handed you have 4 items with the effect of + 48% damage. Same thing with bows.

HINT: When renaming, you may encounter a bug where the item is not renamed. This happens if you have duplicates in your inventory, for example, two identical swords. Throw away all repetitions, even clothes in the chest and then enchant the item. It should work.

I like the Sword of Blades more - it has more range, and the difference in damage on such upgrades is already negligible. And most importantly - you do not need to spend 5 perks on a Daedric forge. It is better to invest in bows and diversify the gameplay.
Difference: 523 damage versus 498, i.e. only 25 points, i.е. only 4.7% ! In my opinion, those 5% aren't worth the perks to spend on a Daedric. For the sword of blades, the very first skill in the blacksmith is enough for you.

Now, we only have to pump 3-4 points into the light armor branch to get our maximum armor: Take the first skill at 1 (+20% armor), then +25% to the set, Should be enough. If so, add one more perk. If you don't have enough stamina (should, because you can chant a weapon to drain 29 units per hit), or you want to run more, then it's nice to take + 50% to restoration in the light armor branch.
We enchant our swords to drain stamina and maybe a little bit to drain life (+25 fire damage is somehow not serious, isn't it?)
In general, it turns out that the stamina is almost not spent in combat and you can swing non-stop with a bunch of opponents, 80% damage resistance, resistance to magic in general up to 70-80% and to one element - full resistance (due to boot). There really will be no resistance if you take + damage to the bow on things. I had such things and such. You can switch.

Tips:
Sway light armor: Stand under a dead bandit and heal with recovery. (you can just set the difficulty to adept in our armor and leave to drink tea, the natural restoration of health is enough for you. Just like a troll when you were level 10 =)
Download Stealth: Any quest to kill. Go to the victim's house, stand in the corner, press stealth and the C button and go to drink tea.
Swing swords: Difficult) Especially with our damage. You can do it at the beginning by luring the troll under the bridge into the water, put the master and beat him with a long sword. He will not lose HP, and you will swing the sword. Zadrotstvo IMHO) The same trick with the call - call someone from Oblivion - wet. Call - wet. You will pump both skills, but this is not interesting IMHO.
Speech and Theft: Sin for 5 coins, give the guard a bribe, increasing this eloquence, steal your bribe. Repeat.

Bows: Similar to swords

Conclusion:

Many will say that such a buildup kills the gameplay, so I’ll repeat right away: this is a way with which you can go through the Master without cheats, just knowing the intricacies of the game, and at the same time not spending twenty minutes and fifteen save / load to kill one giant.
Gameplay on the Master does not kill such gear. Mages and archers, and heather wars, can still completely crumble you, especially at the time of pumping swords, when you came out with good gear, but without combat skills.
As you can see, there is no magic in my guide at all. I have not downloaded the Mage yet and I don’t know how they can pass the Master. I would be grateful if someone could share their knowledge on this topic. I suspect that due to necromancy it is possible, but I would like to play as a magician who plays with fireballs and beautiful spells, and not for the UG that stands around the corner and waits for the ghouls \ Dremora to endure all living things.
