In terms of form, spherical bouquets have been and remain relevant, as well as bouquets where half-opened buds are combined with already opened flowers of the same species. When making a bouquet, you need to start with the central flower, the rest of the flowers are applied a little obliquely. The use of greenery will add volume to the bouquet.

A well-crafted bouquet can completely transform the surrounding space. The main thing is to know the rules for composing such bouquets.

The choice of plants for the future bouquet must be approached very seriously. It is worth choosing the right combination of shades. After all, it can both create a pleasant mood and spoil the whole impression. For convenience, you can keep a color chart with you, which indicates the combined shades.

General rules

In one bouquet it is difficult to combine, for example, very large peony flowers and very tiny lilies of the valley. In order for all flowers to be balanced, lilies of the valley are placed in large groups, almost in bunches.

Also remember about the length of the stem - it should be the same for all flowers. Peonies are short-lived guests in our vases. To prolong their life, it is necessary to deprive them of all the leaves up to the bud. The flower withers and lowers its head at the moment when the water stops flowing in the right amount.

In tulips, only the top two leaves are left, while hyacinths are left unchanged. They have each leaf drinking water separately from the flower. The stems of the red rose are very long, in order to successfully place them in a bouquet, I cut them along the length of the tulips. I prepared the sprigs of salal by removing all the lower leaves. All this is done for one purpose only. Before lowering the bouquet into a vase, the bundle must divide it into 2 parts: the upper one, that is, all the flowers and greenery, and the lower one, consisting only of bare stems. Only clean stems of flowers should be in the water so that the water does not become cloudy and the bouquet does not fade prematurely.

Required Tools

When compiling a flower arrangement, you can not do without some tools:

  • secateurs,
  • Scissors,
  • Decorative tie tape (0.5 cm wide plastic tape, household twine, thin tape can be used).

Step 1. We collect the middle of the bouquet

First, let's collect the middle of the bouquet. To do this, I take one allium and cover it on all sides with sprigs of salal and reddish. Salalom I will shift each new flower in the bouquet. It will fill all the voids and help the flowers settle naturally.

And now attention - I put all the flowers in the bouquet at a slight angle. All floristry is sewn with one red thread - all bouquets are collected only in a spiral. The exception is the so-called Dutch bouquets. In them, the flowers are arranged in tiers and parallel to each other.

Step 2. We place accents

Make sure that each next flower that you add to the bouquet is at an angle to what is under it, and all the stems look only in one direction. So I add flower after flower, shifting each with sprigs of salal and krasnotal, evenly distributing them throughout the bouquet. To make the bouquet interesting and harmonious, I put the flowers in small groups and at different heights, while the shape of the bouquet remains rounded on all sides. My flowers are collected in friendly groups of 2-3 flowers. Even using only 3 hyacinths in the bouquet, I did not put them symmetrically on three sides, but divided them into 2 groups - 2 and 1.

Spot arrangement of one flower is appropriate in field bouquets and is even a kind of signature feature.

Step 3. Create natural "bumps"

I put some flowers in the bouquet, depending on their height, lower, some higher. If I put flowers bud to bud, I end up with a too "smooth" bouquet. There will be a feeling of unnaturalness. Although this arrangement of flowers is very appropriate in bouquets consisting of one type of plant, such as a rose, peony or tulip. Here, just, the unevenness will introduce notes of dissonance. When all the flowers are collected in one bouquet, I bandage the place of crossing of all the stems with plastic tape. You can tie flowers at different stages of assembling a bouquet as many times as you like, remembering only its beauty.

Step 4. Making the stem of the bouquet

In my bouquet, I use only one type of greenery - salal. But even more interesting could be the leaves of the hosta, bergenia, geyhera, tamping the bouquet along the edge, openwork astilbe leaves or asparagus sprigs, released from one side of the ivy lash. If the vase is not transparent, then such a bouquet can already be placed in it, before cutting the legs of all flowers to the same length. My vase is glass, and I would not like to see sloppy stems of various plants in it. To do this, I close the leg of the bouquet with the remaining leaves of salal and fix this time with tape.

Step 5. Finishing touch

The bouquet lacks only a beautiful belt. To do this, I tie the place of the bundle with a ribbon to match the flowers, cut the stem of the bouquet and put it in a vase with clean water.

Bouquets of garden flowers

Cool wedding bouquets (paper, knitted ....)

Such paper roses are made, by the way, very simply, a minimum of time. But how effective. Flowers made of paper in general can sometimes amaze more than even an outlandish orchid.

How to extend the life of a bouquet

How beautiful and expensive the presented bouquet! But, unfortunately, very often, the beauty of the presented flowers is short-lived. A photo of flowers, alas, is not very encouraging. If you want your flowers in a vase to stay fresh and beautiful for a long time, then a few tips, which will be discussed in the article, will help you with this.

Surely you know that flowers need to be re-cut before putting them in a vase.

Split gladioli, chrysanthemums and roses with a knife.

Dry the sticky juice of dahlias and peonies for several minutes over an open fire.

Often ordinary tap water is poured into a vase, from which the flowers die within a few days. It is better to use filtered or settled water.

The presented bouquet will be fresh much longer if you pour a special additive for flowers into the water. Buy it in a flower shop, dilute it with water and admire the bouquet for much longer.

Roses will be fresh for a week if the water in the vase is changed every day, having previously cooled a few degrees.

But for carnations, it’s better to heat the water to 20 degrees Celsius and dissolve an aspirin tablet.

For lilacs and tulips, add sugar to the water .

Daffodils secrete poisonous substances that kill other flowers, so they are good in mono-bouquets.

Wrapped in a wet towel and put in the refrigerator, a pre-purchased bouquet of roses will be just as fresh the next day.

From a bouquet of roses dear to your heart that has begun to fade, make a herbarium as a keepsake. Take the flowers out of the vase and hang them upside down. Dried roses will retain their original shape for a long time.

A beautifully composed bouquet of country or wild flowers can be a real gift for a loved one and tell him about the depth of feelings. Country flowers can be used to create unique masterpieces of floral art.

Flowers growing on your site are perfect for compiling: asters, chrysanthemums, dahlias, roses, hydrangea, echinacea, gladioli, daisies and many others. It is enough to take 2-3 varieties of flowers.

They have to:

  • vary in flower size
  • be different in stem height,
  • harmoniously combined in color or in theory).

The color scheme can be:

  1. contrast,
  2. monochrome,
  3. identical.

So, when compiling a contrasting bouquet, it is necessary to use 2-3 flowers of contrasting shades, for example, orange and purple.

In monochrome, flowers of the same color scheme should be present.

And a bouquet of plants of the same color implies the presence of related colors: for example, yellow, orange and red.

It is not necessary (unless you are a professional) to mix exotic with simplicity. For example, roses will not look harmonious with wildflowers. Cornflowers and chamomile are best combined with spikelets, but not with roses.

A bouquet will look more attractive if it combines closed buds and flowers that have already blossomed.

In the center should be placed the tallest flower, which will make up the "core". It can be a large rose, a gladiolus, or a sunflower. It is necessary to surround the “main” flower with smaller and more delicate flowers.

Each flower must be clearly visible, for this the flowers must be placed at different heights. Flowers in a bouquet should be placed freely, they should look natural, and not knocked into one shapeless pile.

You can complement the bouquet with cereals, fan palm twigs, fruit plants (apple, rowan), gypsophila or fern, and even matching artificial flowers made of paper.

To preserve the beauty for a long time, you need to take care of the flowers: change the water in the vase daily and trim the flower stems.

A bouquet bought in a tent can no longer surprise anyone, but any teacher will be delighted with a bouquet made with his own hand. In this article we will tell and show how to independently form a bouquet for the holiday of the first call.

A bouquet for September 1 for a first grader, how to form:

from gladioli

To form a bouquet of gladioli, prepare the flowers themselves, several sheets of monstera and bergrass, as well as twine or decorative ribbon for decoration.
An important point. Since gladioli are quite heavy flowers, try to pick up an amount that your child can hold in his hands.

  1. Assemble the gladioli by placing one flower on top of the other in a spiral.
  2. Just below the base of the flowers, add the monstera.
  3. Secure the bouquet with twine.

from asters

You can form a bouquet of asters in any way, but if you want the bouquet not to fall apart and the asters not to crumble, form a bouquet using a floral frame. You can buy it in any store for florists, as well as on the open spaces of the network.

Pass the stems from asters into the frame. Try to pick up such a number of flowers that they completely cover the hole in the frame. Next, add sprigs of any greens, and fix with technical tape. Wrap the resulting bouquet in wrapping paper.

from roses

To create a bouquet, you will need roses, ruskus, a decorative net for packaging, pruners, a stapler, scissors and ribbon.
Take one branch of ruscus and one rose, put the rose a little below the ruscus. Next, take the second rose and also set it a little lower than the ruscus on the other side.

By alternating ruskus and roses, collect the bouquet in a spiral. Fix the bouquet with a ribbon.

Cut out a rectangle from the decorative mesh, lay the bouquet on it. Gather the bottom of the mesh with an accordion and fix it with a beautiful ribbon bow.

Original bouquets for September 1, ideas with photos

When collecting bouquets, pay attention to their packaging. You don't have to buy wrapping paper. An excellent completion of the composition can be, for example, simple pencils. Thus, the bouquet will delight the eye and soul, and the teacher will be able to use the pencils for their own purposes.

Do not be afraid to introduce additional decorative elements into the bouquet, such as a globe, protractors, rulers and other paraphernalia. You can attach them to the bouquet with an ordinary thin wire, and the bouquet itself will stand out from the background of others with its originality.

Bouquets can be created not only from fresh flowers, but also to make them yourself from paper. Such a bouquet will remain in memory for a long time, and will please your teacher for a long time.

Bouquet to the teacher on September 1 from sweets, step by step with a photo

IMPORTANT: When choosing sweets to create a bouquet, pay attention to the quality of these confectionery products. Buying cheap sweets, you will spoil the impression of even the most spectacular execution of the bouquet.

To create a bouquet, prepare:

  • a box of Raffaello chocolates or your teacher's favorite candies;
  • tulle;
  • satin ribbon 0.5 cm wide white;
  • bamboo skewers;
  • scotch;
  • thick crepe paper;
  • stapler;
  • thermal gun;
  • scissors.

1. First of all, the sweets themselves are prepared. The ends of the wrapper are bent, and the candy itself is pasted over with adhesive tape along its lower edge.

2. A bamboo skewer is glued to the candy with the ends of the adhesive tape.

3. A segment of 15x30 cm is cut off from the tulle. Next, the segment is folded in half in width and wrapped around the candy.

4. The ends of the tulle are fixed to the skewer with a satin ribbon tied with a bow.

5. Make as many of these flowers as you want to see in your bouquet. However, a large number of candy flowers will be difficult to put together in one bouquet, and the bouquet itself will be heavy and it is unlikely that the child will be able to withstand the entire line with it.

7. A segment is cut out of crepe paper, equal to the full revolution of the bouquet in length and equal to the full height of the bouquet + 5 cm in width. The upper edge of the segment is bent 5 cm into the middle, and the already bent edge is stretched with fingers, forming waves.

8. The bouquet is placed on crepe paper, wrapped around, the top is fixed with a stapler. The bottom is neatly assembled with an accordion, tied with a satin ribbon.

9. The bouquet is wrapped with tulle, in places it is attached with hot glue for fixing. The bottom of the tulle is also fixed with a satin ribbon.

10. Semi-beads are glued along the tulle with a thermal gun to match the tone of the bouquet itself. A delicate bouquet of sweets is ready.

Do-it-yourself bouquet for a teacher from fruits, step by step with a photo

Option 1

Ingredients and tools:

  • pomelo;
  • apples;
  • quince;
  • grapefruit;
  • tangerines;
  • bananas;
  • green branches;
  • bamboo skewers not less than 30 cm;
  • scotch;
  • food film;
  • scissors;
  • scourging;
  • packaging paper.

The amount of fruit is selected at your discretion. Since the bouquet itself comes out quite heavy, do not make it big, because the child simply cannot hold it.

The bouquet is ready.

Option 2

In a bouquet of fruits, it is important to choose the fruit that will serve as the middle of the composition. The center most often are citrus fruits such as pomelo and grapefruit. Due to the fact that the cut of these fruits looks beautiful, they are a win-win option for any bouquet.

1. Wash fruits thoroughly, dry them.
2. Cut a quarter of a grapefruit, cut 1 kiwi and 1 lemon in half. Remove the pits from the lemon.

3. Wrap kiwi, grapefruit and lemon with cling film. Pierce them with bamboo skewers.

4. The remaining fruits (in our case, a lemon and 4 apples), pierce with skewers without cutting.

5. Collect the bouquet, fix the skewers with tape.

6. Insert live carnations and leaves into the voids of the bouquet.

7. Pack in kraft paper, decorate with a satin ribbon bow.

Option 3

Prepare:

  • large pears - 5 pcs;
  • large apples - 7 pcs;
  • sweets of your choice
  • bamboo skewers;
  • scotch;
  • twine or ribbon.

Pierce apples and pears with bamboo skewers. Prick an amount that can hold the fruit even upside down.

Tape the candy to the skewer with tape.

Collect 4 compositions, which will contain 3 fruits and 1 candy. Secure the skewers with tape.

Gather all the compositions together, fill the gaps with sweets on a skewer. Secure the bouquet with tape. Trim the protruding ends of the sticks.

Pack the bouquet in wrapping paper, decorate with a satin ribbon bow.

Unusual bouquets for September 1 do it yourself

Option 1

Materials and tools:

  • candies;
  • 1 lemon;
  • packaging of tea with sealed bags;
  • thick corrugated paper in 3 colors;
  • foam circle with a diameter of 22 cm and a height of 4 cm;
  • double sided tape;
  • mica or decorative mesh;
  • satin ribbon;
  • toothpicks;
  • glue gun;
  • scotch.

Cut out 2 circles with a diameter of 25 cm from corrugated paper and glue the foam blank with them.

Since there will be 11 candy flowers in the composition, cut out 33 rectangles measuring 10x3 cm from corrugated paper.
Fix the tip of the candy to the toothpick with tape.

Take one rectangle, twist the third 180 ° and bend it in the middle. Stretch the center. Do this manipulation with the remaining 32 rectangles.

Put the candy in the first petal, glue the tips of the petal to the toothpick with a glue gun. Next, lightly lay the second petal on the first and glue. Do the same with the 3rd petal.
Form all 11 candy flowers in this way.

Cut out 11 sepals from green corrugated paper, glue them to the flowers.

Cut out 17 squares of 10x10 cm from the grid, mica or organza, fold them first in half, forming a triangle, and then 2 more times in half. Glue to toothpick.

Glue the sides of the foam blank with adhesive tape and, laying one on top of the other, glue tea bags to it.

Insert candy flowers and mesh blanks into the center of the blank, leaving on one side or in the center, as you see fit, a place for a large lemon.

Pierce the lemon with a toothpick, add to the composition.

Decorate the composition with a satin ribbon bow. An unusual bouquet is ready.

Option 2

A bouquet of tea and coffee, unlike bouquets of sweets, is not such a common gift and your teacher will definitely like it. To create it you will need:

  • loose tea in a package;
  • bulk coffee;
  • corrugated paper;
  • sisal or thinly cut corrugated paper;
  • floral frame for a bouquet;
  • transparent thin film;
  • satin ribbons to match the paper;
  • double-sided colored paper;
  • glue gun;
  • beads or other decorative elements.

1. To make the bouquet look harmonious, and the tea and coffee packages to be beautifully designed, make paper bags out of double-sided plain colored paper. To do this, fold a sheet of paper in half, glue the sides. We bend the lower edge by 5-6 cm. We open the same edge, fold the ends in triangles inward, and glue the upper and lower parts together.

2. We straighten the package, bend the top by 4-5 cm, make 2 holes with a hole punch. We decorate with bows of satin ribbons 0.3 mm wide.

3. We put tea and coffee in bags. You can also separately prepare a package with high-quality tea bags or a small box of sweets.
We put tea, coffee and sweets in a floristic frame (it is sold in florist stores). We fill the voids with sisal or thinly cut strips of corrugated paper.

6. Decorate as you like.

Option 3

To create an unusual bouquet-composition, you need a pumpkin. If a child carries this bouquet himself on September 1, then choose a small pumpkin so that he can hold it. Wash the pumpkin and remove the top part of the middle. You will also need fresh flowers, red hot peppers, dried lotus, rowan twigs, teiplant and thin wire.

Tape peppers, flowers, leaves and branches to the wire with tape. Remove the excess part of the wire, it should only sink a little into the pumpkin, and not pierce it through. Alternately add flowers and other elements of the future bouquet to the pumpkin.

If you think that you will make anyone, but not a florist, then you are deeply mistaken! Everyone can learn how to make compositions from garden flowers - live and inanimate. And even if professionals are skeptical about your creation, it does not matter. If only flower arrangements from garden flowers would please you and your loved ones. Not everyone loves artificial flowers. Well, it's a matter of taste. But fresh flowers are loved by everyone without exception. If you're not allergic to flower dust, let's roll up our sleeves. And in the literal sense, so that they do not get wet from the water. And let's try to create a bouquet according to all the rules. Well, almost all of them.

For the composition, any flowers that you like are suitable. Having brought the plants home, cut them, clean them of excess leaves, remove thorns from roses. Then you need to give them a good drink of water. To do this, place the plants in large buckets of fresh water (add a piece of charcoal or an aspirin tablet) and cut the stems again under water. This is necessary so that a thin air layer does not form at the end of the stem, which prevents it from absorbing water. Let the flowers settle in the water for several hours. And if you want, leave them even for a day. After that, you can work with them further. Decide in which corner of the house you would like to put the bouquet. Place a vessel filled with 3/4 of water there and proceed directly to creativity!

Flower arrangement in a glass.

Flower arrangements can be of various forms. This hour, round bouquets are held in high esteem. Plants with rounded inflorescences, such as marigolds, asters, marigolds and others, are ideal for them. Irises, skewer and foxglove are excellent "material" for creating oval bouquets. And if you plan to place the composition on a coffee table, try creating a triangular-shaped bouquet. The size of the bouquet can be very different. From very tiny to huge - half the height of a person. Small bunches look great, for example, on the dining table. You don't have to put it in a vase - a champagne glass is just as good. You can also add a sprig of berries and a candle to such a mini-bouquet - you will get an original table decoration. And if you fix a few callas in a glass along with gypsophila, you get a luxurious snow-white composition that is the best suited for a wedding or other celebration. Another option for the festive table: cut off the heads of flowers, such as chrysanthemums, and place them in a saucer of water. And to make all this splendor look even more spectacular, add a few green leaves and a floating candle there - the guests will be delighted! Large bouquets - with a diameter of 50 cm or more - are placed not on the table, but, as a rule, on the floor. For such compositions, the most spectacular flowers are usually selected, using stems and leaves of fern, asparagus, and gypsophila as a background. The largest flowers are placed in the center of such a bouquet. If there are a lot of flowers in the composition, make sure that they do not bunch up, but lie freely, airily. But it didn't fall apart.

What goes with what.

This question worries all beginners. Really experienced florists they manage to combine in one bouquet, it would seem, the most incompatible plants. Therefore, it all depends on your taste and imagination. However, if you do not really rely on your taste, learn at first to make bouquets of flowers of the same type. But just “naked” flowers don’t look very interesting, they definitely need to be supplemented with greenery - then the bouquet will sparkle for real! Green leaves create a background, set off the beauty of flowers. Use peony leaves, asparagus stalks, gypsophila as a background. You can also borrow a few leaves from your houseplants, such as aspidistra, monstera, or cut a sprig of ivy.

If you want to combine several types of flowers, it is worth considering the color scheme of the plants that will be collected in a bouquet. The perception of color is a purely individual thing and there are no clear recommendations in this regard. But still, keep in mind that some tones inspire, others allow you to relax, others evoke sadness, and the fourth just repel. So, mischievous orange-yellow bouquets disperse melancholy and depression, red ones feed us with vital energy, green-blue ones give rest and peace, pink ones make it easier to find inner harmony. But purple (if they do not contain other shades) can plunge into melancholy. Therefore, consider this when composing a bouquet. Consider also the fact that some colors successfully complement each other, while others do not. For example, white is not in vain called a universal color. It "gets along" with absolutely all other colors, shading them and softening the gloomy tones. Red "feels" good in the company of yellow and white. Orange and yellow are combined with blue, blue and purple. Well, purple - with yellow and white.

Choice of vessel for flower arrangement.

It is very important to choose a vase worthy of your creation. In principle, any container that harmonizes with the flower arrangement can become such a vessel. In addition to traditional vases (glass, plastic, clay, crystal), you can come up with more original ones. We have already mentioned glasses and saucers, there are other options. For example, a pot or a cup. Even a pumpkin will do as a vase. From it, you just need to cut the pulp and cut off the crown. And let the age of the pumpkin vase be short, but how unusual and fun it looks! There is only one “but”: the vessel should not have noisy patterns and fanciful drawings, but ideally be monophonic or with small inclusions. Otherwise, all attention will not be on the bouquet, but on the vase. It is very important that the vase and flowers harmoniously complement each other, merging together. For example, if the bouquet is in pink tones, it will be paired with a pink vase, a few tones darker or lighter than the flowers themselves. Or you can do without a vase altogether, and use the “oasis” floral sponge to feed the plants. It is sold in flower shops. Water it periodically with water, and the flowers will remain fresh for a long time. The advantage of a sponge is that it is easily pierced, which means that you can give the composition any shape. Having fixed the bouquet in a sponge, it can be placed in a wicker basket or on a dish. Just don't forget to cover up the "oasis" with shells, beads, pebbles, or moss, for example. If you want to secure the bouquet in a low vase, you can use the needle holder placed on the bottom of the vessel. Just prick the plants on needles and that's it - the “hedgehog” will hold them securely, no matter how many flowers there are on it. And further. Do not forget to take care of the composition - then it will live for many days. Add flower preservative to water. And do not forget to add fresh water every day: plants quickly absorb it. Protect flowers from overheating and drafts, periodically spray them with water from a spray bottle and ruthlessly remove fading specimens. And never place your floral masterpiece next to fruits: apples, pears and others like them emit ethylene, which speeds up the blooming of flowers.

Flower arrangements from dried garden flowers.

Generally speaking, it is better to collect and dry herbs, flowers and various sticks in summer and autumn. But if you are late with this, do not be discouraged - something can be prepared even in the winter. Let's say pine or thuja branches. Cut off the branches you like and, bringing them home, dip them in a hot (60 degrees) aqueous solution of glycerin (1: 1) for three days. Then wash and you-dry them. And you can create a real winter bouquet. Take a piece of foam, grind it and apply the resulting “snow” to the branches peeled from the bark, which must first be covered with furniture varnish or a thin layer of glue. By the way, the branches themselves can be given a very intricate shape. It is better to use willow branches for this, which bends well. Peel them from the bark and wind them on some object, such as a jar or a roller. When they dry, they will take the form of this object. Try to place curved branches in such a way that the top end points up, not down.

Perfectly enliven the interior and bouquets of dried flowers. To create such compositions, you can buy ready-made dry plants painted in different colors. Unleash your imagination - do not be afraid to combine dried flowers with cereals, cones, various twigs and snags! Just make sure that the flowers, leaves and branches are in harmony with each other. To make the composition look more advantageous, install branches and flowers at different angles at different levels. Styrofoam, plasticine, moss pillows and more are suitable as fasteners. And if you want your bouquet to be truly original and unique, in the future, take care of collecting and drying plants yourself. Moreover, it is a pleasure to collect them, and it is not difficult to dry them at all. Let's say, if you plan to make a picture of dry flowers in the future, it is enough to put the plants in a book in the summer, having previously straightened all the leaves. But if the flat version does not suit you, we offer you a voluminous one. You will have to tinker with it longer, but when dried, the plants will not lose their shape or color. Place the plants in the box, secure and carefully cover them with dry, fine sand. Just make sure that all the petals and leaves are straightened! Put the box for a couple of weeks in a dry place, then make holes in the bottom of the box and remove all the sand through them. Now it remains only to brush off the remnants of sand with a brush, and you will see that the plant looks like a living thing. And plants that have many small flowers (gypsophila, lavender, cuff) can be dried in the microwave. Arrange the plants on filter paper in the oven. Run it on half power for a couple of minutes, then take the plants out and hang them by their stems for a few days.

Dried flowers can not only be put in vases and invent original table compositions, but also create wall masterpieces with their help. For example, weaving them into straw dishes that decorate the walls of your kitchen, attaching them to a wire or, say, a large unusual root, a larch branch or birch bark. You can use various wooden frames of round, oval or square shape. In this case, it is recommended to make a background of canvas or colored velvet cardboard - this sets off the beauty of the plants. Now it has become popular to combine dried flowers with leather, feathers, and nylon. Another fashion trend is to include leaves and fruits of vegetable plants in dry bouquets. The leaves of parsley, cabbage, celery are also dried in the sand, after which they migrate to the paintings. Well, this “dry splendor” is complemented by the fruits of some garden plants. For example, poppy (collect boxes after the seeds ripen), peonies (fruits of faded plants), rhubarb (ripe fruits), physalis (bright orange lanterns are cut).
